Our approach therefore is centred around a simple and straightforward four stage model - assess, plan, implement and renew.  We use the structure of this simple and flexible model to direct our efforts.  To begin we will help you to determine the critical organisational and individual capabilities required to achieve your business ambitions. Agreeing the gaps between those critical capabilities and reality is the next step.  Gap-analysis is an important part of finding the appropriate solution to the challenges facing your business - but only part of the approach required to fully address the inevitable issues identified.   

 

Our analysis recognises that underpinning any effective business strategy is a suite of supporting strategies, including the Human Resource strategy.  The Human Resource strategy, concerned with improving and sustaining the contribution made by people to the business, effectively deals with the people issues and leads, motivates and manages people consistent with the future direction and needs of the business.  All too often this is the area overlooked during periods of growth and change within a business. Our approach to working with you ensures that that all solutions recommended by us underpin both your business and your Human Resource strategy.
