The character of OTT Consulting is defined by the character of our team: a team of people who are driven by a clear desire to make a difference and who passionately believe that it takes commitment and partnership to create positive change. The passionate desire to make a real lasting difference is both the motivation that drives us as individuals and the underlying principle that unites us as a team.  At OTT Consulting, while each of us possesses extraordinary individual talents and insights, we are drawn together by the way we live a shared set of values:
